GRAVETYE MANOR ESTATE

For this experience, our group will privately occupy the entire manor.

Gravetye is a historic Elizabethan estate set across over 1,000 acres of countryside — yet what makes it truly exceptional is its world-renowned gardens. With just 17 rooms, the manor feels intimate, personal, and deeply peaceful, more like a private home than a hotel.

The gardens are considered among the most beautiful in England — designed to be explored slowly, across meadows, orchards, kitchen gardens, and wildflower paths.

During our stay, you’ll experience:

  • Access to the full estate and its gardens including flower gardens, a kitchen garden, orchards, meadows, and woodland gardens
  • Luxury accommodations with deeply attentive service
  • Spaces intentionally designed for creativity, reflection, and gathering
  • A setting where nature, beauty, and stillness naturally inspire
  • Gourmet Michelin-starred dining

This is a rare opportunity to experience Gravetye in a way few ever do, in all of its spring splendor.

MEALS

A GARDEN-TO-TABLE CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Dining at Gravetye Manor is not simply a meal — it is an extension of the garden itself. Awarded a Michelin star, the kitchen is guided entirely by what is growing and harvested on the estate. Each day:

  • Vegetables are picked fresh from the garden
  • Herbs and edible flowers appear throughout each dish
  • Menus shift with the rhythm of the season

You are not just dining near the garden — you are experiencing it, plate by plate.

Our Retreat Itinerary

Itinerary is a sample only and is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

DAY 1

ARRIVAL and welcome

Check in at 2:00pm and settle into Gravetye Manor.

We’ll gather in the gardens for a relaxed welcome and introductions, followed by a private tour of the estate’s renowned grounds. In the evening, we’ll come together for a Michelin-starred welcome dinner, marking the beginning of our time together.

DAY 2

FLOWERS AND SLOW LIVING

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a slow morning. Late in the morning, we’ll begin our floral arranging workshop, working with tulips and seasonal spring blooms, guided by Gravetye Manor’s expert florists. A relaxed lunch will follow.

The afternoon is yours to wander the gardens, reflect, or simply rest. In the evening, we’ll gather for a wellness workshop, followed by a private Michelin-starred dinner.

DAY 3

GARDENS BEYOND THE MANOR

We’ll begin the day with a floral therapy wellness session, followed by a relaxed breakfast. Late morning, we’ll venture out to visit some of the world’s most beautiful tulip gardens, where we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by spring blooms. Dinner this evening is at your leisure — whether in the restaurant or enjoying quiet time with room service.

DAY 4

CREATIVITY AND CONNECTION

Start the morning with an optional Pilates / Barre class, followed by breakfast. We’ll then gather for a creative floral workshop, continuing to explore tulips and seasonal materials. The afternoon is free to recharge, connect, and enjoy the gardens at your own pace. In the evening, we’ll come together for a shared dinner.

DAY 5

A PRIVATE GARDEN EXPERIENCE

We begin with a morning wellness workshop, followed by a very special excursion to a private garden not open to the public. Here, we’ll enjoy an intimate tour and a picnic lunch in an extraordinary setting. We’ll return to Gravetye Manor for a final garden-to-table Michelin-starred dinner together.

DAY 6

FAREWELL

We’ll gather for a final farewell breakfast before departing.

A NOTE ON ACCOMMODATIONS

Rooms are designed for two guests, creating space for both rest and meaningful connection — from slow mornings to conversations at the end of the day.
Rooms are thoughtfully assigned, with early bookings receiving priority for the most spacious and sought-after rooms within the manor.
Single occupancy is not available. If you are joining solo, you’re invited to use our Roommate Finder to connect with another guest, or you’re welcome to attend with a friend.
