how it works
Booking Process & Refunds
How do I apply to join a retreat?
Visit our Retreats page, choose a destination, and fill out the application. We’ll review it and respond within 72 hours if we have availability.
Does submitting an application guarantee a spot?
No. Due to high demand and limited group size, we review each application individually. If space is not available, you’ll be added to the waitlist.
What happens if the retreat I want is full?
You’ll be added to the waitlist and contacted if a spot opens up. You can also sign up for early notifications when new retreats are announced.
What happens if my tour is postponed?
While we've never had to postpone a retreat, in the unlikely event that one is delayed due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide flexible options such as rescheduling or transferring your credit to a future retreat.
Am I eligible for a refund if I’m unwell or face an emergency?
Due to our upfront costs, we do not offer refunds. We require each guest to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation due to illness and other factors so you can recover your expenses.
How far in advance should I book?
Our retreats often sell out many months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
Can I switch to a different retreat after I've booked?
Switching to a different retreat after booking is generally not allowed, as each retreat has limited capacity and is carefully planned. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Are there single occupancy rooms available?
Yes, single occupancy is available for an additional fee. This can be selected during the booking process.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available with set installment dates. Payment terms will be outlined during the booking process.
Do you include airfare?
