Submitting an application does not secure your spot on a trip. Our retreats tend to fill quickly, so if your application is approved and a space is available, we’ll be in touch within 72 hours. If you receive a booking agreement, you’ll have 48 hours to review, sign, and submit your deposit to confirm your reservation. If we don’t receive the signed agreement and deposit within that time frame, the agreement will expire and the space may be offered to another guest.
