This five-day immersion centers on flowers, gardens, gentle wellness, and the art of floral expression.

Hosted in the Farmluxe Garden on San Juan Island, this experience is designed for women drawn to beauty, creativity, and self-care through nature. This is not a technical training or fast-paced workshop. It is an invitation to slow down, work with flowers thoughtfully, care for your body and mind, and be inspired by the landscape.

How the Immersion Works

Guests stay at the beautiful Lakedale Resort. Each day follows a gentle, unhurried rhythm shaped by flowers, gardens, movement, reflection, and connection.

Days are centered around floral and garden-based experiences, balanced with wellness offerings and time to rest and take in the natural beauty of the island. The pace of the itinerary is spacious, allowing creativity and restoration to unfold naturally. This structure creates an experience that feels immersive, nourishing, and deeply connected to place.

LAKEDALE RESORT and the FARMLUXE GARDEN

Guests stay at the beautiful Lakedale Resort on San Juan Island, with daily experiences centered in the Farmluxe Garden. Lakedale offers a relaxed, waterfront setting with comfortable accommodations and easy access to nature, while the Farmluxe Garden serves as the creative and wellness heart of the immersion. Together, the resort and garden create a balance of comfort, beauty, and inspiration - supporting both creative exploration and restoration.

MEALS DURING THE RETREAT

Breakfast will be served in the main lodge at Lakedale resort. Chef prepared farm-to-table lunches and dinners are designed to be nourishing, seasonal, and supportive of the retreat experience. Meals are enjoyed together in relaxed, beautiful settings, often connected to time spent in the garden.

Shared meals later in the day offer time to connect, unwind, and savor the pleasures of slow summer living on the island.

ARRIVAL and garden welcome

After settling into your accommodations at Lakedale Resort, we’ll gather in the garden for a relaxed meet and greet, followed by a sunset dinner to begin our time together.

DAY 2

DAY 2

WELLNESS AND FLORAL DESIGN

We’ll begin the morning with a wellness workshop including movement, sound bath, breathwork, journaling, and Farmluxe Floral Therapy. Afterward, we’ll head to the garden for lunch and a floral arranging workshop. In the evening, we’ll return to Lakedale Resort for a beautiful farm-to-table group dinner.

CREATIVITY AND CONNECTION

The day begins with another wellness workshop, followed by lunch in the garden and a creative floral painting class. The afternoon offers free time to enjoy the resort before we gather for a relaxed group dinner and a cozy pajama party in the main lodge.

SLOW LIVING AND GARDEN GATHERING

Enjoy a slow morning with time to rest or explore. We’ll come together midday for a group lunch at Lakedale Resort, followed by a wellness workshop. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the Farmluxe Garden for a flower crown workshop and a gourmet garden party dinner.

Do I need prior yoga or Floral Experience?

Not at all. Our wellness sessions are designed for every level, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. The same goes for our creative workshops—you don’t need any experience to enjoy arranging flowers or painting blooms. Each activity is about slowing down, exploring, and finding joy in the process.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes—we work closely with local chefs and our host venues to create nourishing meals that accommodate most dietary needs. When you apply, you’ll have a chance to share any restrictions or allergies, and we’ll take care to ensure your dining experience feels thoughtful and delicious.

Do I need to come with a friend, or can I attend solo?

You’re warmly invited to come on your own! In fact, many of our guests do, and we design every detail with connection in mind. From garden gatherings to long-table dinners and cozy pajama parties, there are countless opportunities to meet like-minded women. By the end, you’ll leave with both memories and new friendships.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes absolutely. All Farmluxe Retreats can be paid in payment plans (typically in 2-4 installments). You can find this information for this particular retreat above.

Are these retreats alcohol free?

At Farmluxe, our intention is to create experiences that feel deeply restorative, connected, and nourishing. Our retreats are designed around a holistic wellness approach that supports nervous system regulation, presence, and genuine connection - principles we believe are best honored without alcohol. For this reason, alcohol is not included as part of the retreat experience. Instead, we offer beautifully crafted floral mocktails and invite guests into a space of clarity, ease, and authentic connection, free from the buffer alcohol can sometimes create. While alcohol will not be provided, guests are welcome to purchase their own should they choose.

Are there any fees/additions not included in the retreat?

Airfare, airport transfers (you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the Resort), alcoholic beverages (Farmluxe retreats follow an alcohol-free philosophy rooted in holistic wellness and nervous system regulation. Guests have the option to purchase their own alcohol if they choose) , gratuities, room service, laundry service & any unscheduled meals.
