GOOD TO KNOW

Do I need to live on San Juan Island to join?

Not at all. Farmluxe San Juan is for women near and far. Some members may live on the island or spend summers here; others may plan visits around the monthly gatherings or simply come whenever they need a beautiful day away.

When is the 2027 membership season?

Our founding season runs April 15 through October 15, 2027.

When can members visit the garden?

The garden will generally be open to members from 10am–5pm on most days throughout the season. Because Farmluxe is also home to our retreats and private events, there will be select dates when the property is closed to members. We’ll share scheduled closure dates in advance so you can plan your visits.

Do I need to make a reservation to visit?

Generally, no. We want Farmluxe to feel like a place you can return to when you need it. Members can visit during open member hours without planning their day around a scheduled activity.

What about the other members-only experiences?

Throughout the season, we’ll also offer additional experiences exclusively to members, such as retreats, floral workshops, special dinners, wellness experiences and creative classes. These experiences are optional and separately ticketed.

How do the weekly flowers work?

During flower season, members may cut and arrange one U-pick bouquet each week from flowers designated for cutting. What’s available will naturally change with the garden and the season.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Your membership includes two complimentary guest visits during the six-month season. Members must accompany their guests while visiting the property.

Can I bring my children to the garden?

We love children, but Farmluxe membership is designed as an adults-only experience - a place to slow down, enjoy the quiet, and have a little time just for yourself.

As a working flower farm, the garden also has uneven terrain and areas that aren't especially well suited to little ones. We hope you'll think of your time here as a chance to step away for a few hours and simply enjoy being in the garden.

Is Farmluxe open to the public?

No. Farmluxe is our private home and a working garden and flower farm. The property is not open for public drop-ins. Membership offers approved members access to the garden during designated member hours, subject to our membership guidelines and scheduled closure dates.

Can I take photographs in the garden?

Personal photographs are welcome. Professional photography sessions, client shoots, brand sponsorships, influencer content, commercial photography or filming, product shoots, sponsored or monetized content, and other commercial use of the property require separate written permission and are not included with membership.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We’ll invite you to complete a brief membership application and share additional details about the 2027 season. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to become a member.
