In July, the Swiss Alps come alive with vibrant alpine wildflowers and crystal-clear mountain lakes. Traditional Swiss chalets dot the landscape and the sound of cowbells fills the air. Join us for our Swiss Alps retreats based in Murren. We’ll hike through meadows bursting with alpine wildflowers, tour alpine gardens, and connect and with like-minded women in a serene and inspiring setting. We will enjoy floral arranging and journaling workshops and participate in wellness activities such as restorative movement, Pilates, yoga, sound baths, and meditation to deepen your sense of peace and renewal.

After settling into our cozy rooms at the luxurious Hotel Eiger Murren (check in starts at 3pm) we’ll embark on a stunning walk through the scenic landscapes of Murren and Gimmelwald. Along the way, we’ll pause at a beautiful spot for a meet and greet, creating space for connection and a heart-centered sharing circle. To refresh and revitalize, we’ll do gentle stretching in nature, helping our bodies find balance in the fresh mountain air. As evening falls, we’ll indulge in a welcome dinner, savoring exquisite flavors while basking in the beauty of our surroundings.
We’ll set off early through the storybook mountain town of Murren, surrounded by breathtaking views. From there, we’ll embark on an exhilarating hike—challenging, yet filled with the beauty of vibrant wildflowers and incredible vistas. Along the way, we’ll take moments to pause for journaling, gentle stretching, and peaceful meditation, fully immersing in the natural surroundings. A traditional Swiss lunch and a flower arranging workshop await us at a cozy mountain hut along the trail. In the afternoon you will be able to unwind with an evening sound bath and some free time to use the sauna or spa facilities. Dinner at your leisure.
We’ll begin the day with a rejuvenating sound bath and meditation before embarking on a scenic journey to Lauterbrunnen. Here, we’ll enjoy a breathtaking hike that concludes at a local farmer-florist’s enchanting garden. In this serene setting, you’ll participate in a hands-on floral workshop and savor a delightful picnic lunch amidst the blooms. Afterward, you’ll have time to explore Lauterbrunnen’s charming village and admire its iconic waterfalls. As the day winds down, we’ll return to Mürren for a memorable group dinner in a cozy atmosphere.
Our day begins early with a visit to a breathtaking alpine flower garden, offering sweeping views that will stay with you forever. Next, we’ll make our way to a stunning turquoise lake, where an incredible hike awaits. Along the way, we’ll pause for gentle stretches, meditation, and reflective journaling, fully immersing ourselves in the serene natural beauty. Midday brings a delightful lunch at a cozy Swiss restaurant, perfect for savoring local flavors. In the evening, we’ll gather for a pajama party and game night in our own private space at Hotel Eiger—a perfect ending to a magical day.
On our final morning, we’ll come together for a wellness workshop featuring meditation, sound healing, and Pilates, providing a peaceful and rejuvenating start to the day. Afterwards, we’ll share one last breakfast together, cherishing the connections we’ve made before bidding farewell and heading home.

*To secure group reservations, hotels and activities are paid for in advance. As a result, all payments are nonrefundable. Trip insurance is required, and proof of insurance must be provided within two weeks of booking confirmation. This ensures you can recover costs through your insurance if you need to cancel

What’s Included?
- All scheduled meals for the duration of the retreat.
- Luxury accommodations For the Grindelwald option, we’ll stay at the Bergwelt Grindelwald Alpine Design Resort in a “Luxury Room with Eiger View” (double occupancy). If you would like your own room, please inquire for pricing.
- Luxury accommodations For the Zermatt option, we’ll stay in a luxurious and beautiful private chalet, exclusively booked for our group. The chalet is fully staffed with a private chef, masseuse (1 massage per guest included), daily housekeeping, private driver, and views of the iconic Matterhorn peak.
- All activities (guided hikes, excursions, flower arranging workshops, journaling workshops, and more)
- Daily wellness workshops including movement, sound bath, meditation, and more
- One massage per guest (for Zermatt option only)
- All ground transportation and gondolas involved in our activities (does not include airport transfers. You will need to arrange your own airport transfers)

Getting To and From Murren
Closest Airports: Zurich Airport (ZUR)
*Airport transfers are not included. To get from the airport to the hotel, you’ll need to either take trains or book a taxi or private car transfer to Lautebrunnen. If you would like to share a car transfer with other guests please let us know, we are happy to coordinate this. From Lauterbrunnen you will take the cable car up to Murren, which is a car free village. More info will be sent upon booking.
Getting to and from Zermatt
Closest Airports: Geneva (GVA) or Zurich Airport (ZUR)
*Airport transfers are not included. To get from the airport to the hotel, you’ll need to either take trains or book a taxi or private car transfer. If you would like to share a car transfer with other guests please let us know, we are happy to coordinate this.
*If you are joining us for both Murren and Zermatt, transportation from Murren to Zermatt is included in the rate.
