JANUARY 21st SEDONA, AZ MEETUP & WELLNESS EVENT

This event is for Club Farmluxe Annual Members only.

Come join us for movement, meditation, sound bath, journaling, and immersion into the red rock nature of Sedona, Arizona. We will start at a luxurious villa at 2:00 with a meet and greet, refreshments, and snacks. Then we will enjoy a sound bath by movement and sound healing instructor Jennifer Horn. After, we will head out on one of Sedona’s beautiful hiking trails (nothing too strenuous) finding a scenic spot to stop and journal. We will also do a guided meditation with instructor Annie James. Once we return we will enjoy sunset yoga and movement guided by both instructor Jennifer Horn and  instructor Annie James.

• The meetup address will be sent to you upon your confirmed booking.
• Please wear warm, layered activewear clothing and hiking shoes.
• Please bring a yoga mat and your water bottle.
